Return Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without giving any reason. Items must be returned to us unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or not as described.

Personalised items

Aprons embroidered with your name, your text or your logo are made to order. They cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Defective or non-conforming item

Report the problem within 14 days to contact@le-tablier-du-chef.com with a photo. We cover the return and offer you, as you prefer, a replacement or a full refund.

Refund

The refund is issued to the payment method used for the order, within 14 days of receiving the return.
