How long does delivery take?
Your order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Then allow about 10 days to receive it in mainland France. A tracking link is sent to you by email as soon as it ships. You can also track your parcel at any time on our tracking page using your order number and email.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, in mainland France, with no minimum purchase. For any other destination, please write to us before ordering.
Can I return an apron?
You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. The item must be returned to us unworn, unwashed and in its packaging. Return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defect. Aprons embroidered with your name or logo cannot be returned.
How do I choose my size?
Most of our aprons are one size, with an adjustable neck strap and adjustable ties. For models available in several sizes, the dimensions are listed on the product page. If in doubt, send us your usual size and we will advise you.
How does personalisation work?
On customisable product pages, a field lets you enter your text and upload your logo. The embroidery is made to order and adds 3 to 5 business days before shipping.
How much does embroidery cost?
Personalisation is included in the price shown on the product page. No extra charge is added at checkout.
How do I care for my apron?
Machine wash at 30 or 40 degrees, no bleach, air dry and iron on low heat. For leather models, a slightly damp cloth is all you need.
Do you also supply professionals?
Yes. Restaurants, salons, workshops, institutions: we embroider your logo and offer volume pricing from 10 pieces. Request a quote, with a reply within 24 business hours.
Where is my order?
Go to our tracking page and enter your order number and email: you will see your parcel's progress in real time. The link is also in your shipping confirmation email.
