Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale apply to any order placed on the le-tablier-du-chef.com website. By confirming your order, you accept them without reservation.

1. The seller

The website is published and operated by Seoxis Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong, Company Registration No. 77667495, with its registered office at 2301, 23/F Bayfield Building, 99 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Contact: contact@le-tablier-du-chef.com.

2. Products

The essential characteristics of each product (material, dimensions, colours) are listed on the product page. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match, particularly with regard to colours.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. As our company is established outside the European Union, no VAT is charged. Delivery is free in mainland France. For any order with a value exceeding 150 euros, import duties and taxes may be requested by the carrier upon delivery; these are payable by the recipient. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, the applicable price being the one displayed at the time of ordering.

4. Orders

Your order is binding as soon as payment is confirmed. A confirmation e-mail summarising your order is sent to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a previous dispute, suspected fraud or product unavailability; in the latter case, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by bank card, PayPal or Shop Pay. Transactions are secure and encrypted. No banking data is stored by the seller.

6. Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. The estimated delivery time in mainland France is approximately 10 days after shipping. Personalised items require an additional 3 to 5 business days of production. A tracking link is sent to you by e-mail. If your parcel is damaged, report it to the carrier upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason for your decision. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Return costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective or not as described. In accordance with the regulations, this right does not apply to personalised items (embroidery of a text or logo). Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method. The procedure is described in our return policy.

8. Warranties

You benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects provided for by the regulations applicable in your country of residence. In the event of a defect, contact us at contact@le-tablier-du-chef.com with your order number and photos; we offer a replacement or a refund.

9. Personal data

Data collected when you place an order is used exclusively for processing it, for delivery and for customer service. It is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by writing to the address above.

10. Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the product, nor for any delays or failures in performance due to force majeure.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without this depriving consumers of the mandatory protective provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Consumers residing in the European Union may use the European online dispute resolution platform.
